30-11-2006 More blocks for "Het Vijfde Kwartier" finished.
After delivering the first part of the model for "Het Vijfde Kwartier" (28-08) in The Hague, also the second part was ordered from AMOD. This time 2 blocks of about 160 meters long had to be build on a scale 1:200. Both blocks contained a courtyard that required the actual structure to be built in order to hold the platform up. Architecture was done by "de Architecten CIE": one of the biggest architecture firms in Holland.
